Complete renovation of existing member amenities, phased over a three year period. New construction included a Casual Cabana with food and bar service, and a new Fitness & Activities Center overlooking the pool. Extensive renovation and expansion of the Clubhouse, including Lobby, Meeting Rooms, Library, Bar and Grille, and Main Dining Room. Renovated Kitchen can accommodate a la carte and large events simultaneously. Large covered Veranda added for outdoor dining. LED lighting throughout. Custom features include wood & glass dividing doors, built-in wine display cabinet, custom flooring motif in Lobby, feature wall and custom booth in Grille Room. Administrative offices relocated to newly renovated building. Golf Pro Shop updated. Club remained operational during construction.
