Project Scope:

Major Beach Club Expansion and renovation
New indoor / Outdoor bar with access to the breezeway. The beach club dining area features a beautifully lit wine wall with many windows that look out to the beach lake view. The beach club dining has dividing glass doors that open the space up to the new covered dining area. The covered dining area has a variety of seating groups including firepit seating areas, dining height tables, high-top tables, and sofa seating groups. The covered dining leads out to the renovated Tiki Bar with a new beach deck dining space that overlooks the water. The beach deck is adjacent to the expanded pool deck area with a zero-entry pool and inground mount umbrellas. New Two-Story Wellness Building. The Wellness building consist of two large classrooms, two treatment rooms, restrooms and a yoga/mind and body studio on the first floor. The second floor is the equipment room with specialty flooring to handle the acoustics, the wellness director’s office and restroom.
