Project Scope:

Tear down of the old clubhouse and new construction of larger clubhouse with greater emphasis on Casual dining and outdoor dining. The Grille Room features Nano Wall doors that completely open the south side of the room to the outdoors.

The new Lobby includes a barrel-vaulted ceiling, custom wood floors, and focal rock and water wall with light display. The new interior highlights custom carpet, custom wood millwork, unique decorative lighting, and wallcovering. An indoor/outdoor bar sits prominently in the Grille Room connecting it to the Covered Dining Terrace. Slip resistant wood look tile covers the outdoor terrace, bar, and grille room dance floor. A thirty-three-foot clerestory soars over the Grille Room crowned by crystal pendant light clusters. Four new private dining room allow for expanded dining and meeting areas with various seating options. Restrooms feature tile and quartz finishes with custom mirrors. Custom window treatments and sunshades are in the reception, library, Grille Room, and Private Dining Room. Artwork was carefully selected to accent the décor and includes several original pieces of art. Expanded outdoor entertaining space includes three separate gas fire pits with soft lounge seating surrounding each pit.
