Project Scope:

Complete renovation of The Park Grille, Bar, Grille Restrooms, Lakeside Dining Room and Lakeside Dining Room Restrooms.
The renovation included new flooring with intricate patterns and designs, a new bar face design, painting and trim work, drywall patch and repair, wallcovering removal and new wallcovering installation, ceiling acoustical solutions in both the Grille and the Lakeside Dining Room. New lighting throughout, new roller shades, window treatment panels, dining tables and chairs, a new lounge seating area adjacent to the bar withstanding cocktail tables. Outside Patio expansion includes a new large outside octagonal bar that serves a pick-up area for food and drinks to the golfers. A new hard top patio roof with electrical, misters, lights and fans will cover the expanded patio dining area. The bar and dining area will have a variety of seating areas that include sofa seating groups, cocktail areas, dining areas, high-top tables and fire pit areas
