Renovation to Lobby including removal of traditional display cabinets and decorative columns to open up the space. New meeting room created inside south west wing of Main Dining Room. Expanded dance floor in Main Dining Room. Updated Bar and Grille.
After removing non-functional columns, drywall bump outs and traditional millwork in lobby, a new see-through gas fireplace was installed and finished with a veneer of ledger stone. Crisp wainscoting wraps the lobby and hallway walls with floor to ceiling accent panels mirrored on either side of lobby. Luxury vinyl wood look plank floor covers the following areas, including the Lobby, expanded Main Dining Room Dance Floor, Member's Gallery, and Bar Surround with an added herringbone pattern in the Lobby and Dance Floor. Custom carpet flows through the Main Dining, Grille Room, and meeting areas while plank flooring frames carpet "rugs" down the existing hallway. The entire clubhouse interior and exterior received fresh paint on all walls, ceilings, and trim. Custom window treatments, decorative lighting, and bespoke artwork add finishing details to each space. The new meeting room was built with two sets of 12' long folding doors to allow the space to function as a private room or overflow dining for large events. New custom-built furniture includes wine storage display, hostess stands, mobile room dividing planters, and reception desk.
