A new two-story casual dining wing was added to the existing building. Included were a new Members Lounge, Grill Room with open-air Bar, Terrace seating, Private Function Room, and a second kitchen. A new Dock Master's building houses Boaters Restrooms. The project required a high level of interior finishes and architectural detailing. Custom features included a gallery of historical photographs and the commissioning of a 72-foot wall mural. FF&E throughout. Club remained operational during construction.
