Clubhouse Renovation and New Construction
Phased interior refurbishment of Pro Shop, Lobby, Grille Room,
Main Dining Room, Cardroom, and Board Room over three years
Upper Level & Outside Terrace Major Bar Grille Expansion & Renovation.
New Indoor / Outdoor Bar with two adjacent firepit seating
groups. The glass dividing doors to the Grille open the space up to expand
the dining area onto the Veranda. Custom booths flank a textured feature
wall with custom sized wall sconces. Custom millwork is tailor designed to
accommodate the hostess storage needs while being aesthetically
welcoming to members &guests upon entering the Grille. The new
restrooms have lots of textural elements, intriguing lighting and beautiful
quartz countertops.
New Resort Style Pool & Café
Zero entry pool with in-ground mount pool umbrellas. Fun
colorful sail shades with occasional lounge seating groups and multiple
small fire pit areas. One large 72” custom circular fire pit that is the center
feature of a circular sectional seating group. The new pool furnishings
consist of chaise loungers. Umbrellas & colorful seating groups with
cantilever umbrellas for extended shade. The pool café is open to the pool
deck & serves multiple seating arrangements from 8-top bar height tables,
6-top round tables & 4-top square standard height tables.
