Project Scope:

An extensive renovation and expansion of the existing Clubhouse with a new Outdoor Patio and Terrace. The fully renovated Grille Room will feature a large new bar, a textured feature wall with custom booths with a variety of dining seating including some high-top tables. New flooring throughout includes a luxury vinyl wood look plank in the Grill and an organic carpet for the Main Dining Room, Four Seasons Room, and Multi-Purpose Room. A new Pool Café with a large bar will provide ample outdoor seating options. This leads to a new Outdoor Terrace with firepit and lounge seating groups. The outdoor Café is an extension of the new resort-style pool with a zero-entry area and lap lanes at the opposite end.
